Keep it at its best
What our stylists wish you knew, and how to keep extensions, blonde and a keratin finish at their best in heat, humidity and salt water.

Things our stylists wish you knew
Come in with clean hair
Coming into your color appointment with clean hair makes a difference. Product build-up and oils change the way your color processes.
Tell us your hair history
Hair history is the foundation of every service. Telling us everything you have done in the past - box dye, damage, previous bleach services - is what lets us navigate to the final result.
Communicate your do's and don'ts
Tell us what you love and what you do not love about your hair, so we can create a customized look rather than a default one.
Your dream hair may take a couple of visits
Trusting the process is essential for luxurious results. Patience is what preserves the health of the hair while you get there.
Your drugstore products may be working against you
Not all shampoos and conditioners are created equal. Professional products are an investment in your current and your future hair.
Where you get your extensions done matters
Extensions are a luxury service and should not be taken lightly. Proper installation is what protects your natural hair.
Built for this climate
Gloss before it goes brassy
Sun, salt water and chlorine strip toner faster in South Florida than almost anywhere. A gloss every six to eight weeks, and a sulfate-free shampoo, keep blonde where it was the day you left.
Gloss & toningWait before you wash
Leave a keratin treatment 24 to 48 hours before the first wash. It needs that time to set.
Keratin smoothingPlan a gloss after keratin
Keratin can be done the same day as color, but it is known to lighten color a little - so sometimes a gloss afterwards is what gets the tone back.
Keratin smoothingBrush from the ends up
A loop brush, twice a day, working upward in sections and holding the hair above the bonds or rows so nothing pulls at the scalp.
Extension careSwim smart
Wet your hair with clean water before the pool or the ocean so it absorbs less salt or chlorine, tie it back loosely, and rinse and dry properly afterwards.
Extension careKeep your maintenance on schedule
Move-ups and re-installs on time are what keep extensions comfortable and your own hair healthy. Leaving an install past its window is where tension damage starts.
