“I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Alexandra! ❤️ A little backstory… After losing a significant amount of weight, I experienced a lot of hair loss. My first experience with extensions didn’t go the way I had hoped, and I ended up with thinning hair. Then, to make matters worse, I had my hair cut by someone else, and it was left uneven. Needless to say, it was a frustrating experience, and I became very self-conscious about my hair. When I found Alexandra I explained everything I had been through with my hair. She took the time to listen to me and understand my concerns, and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. We decided that one row would be the best option for me right now, and I’m SO happy with the results! ❤️ One thing I’m especially happy about is how perfectly she placed my row. I have a cowlick that I’ve always been insecure about, and with my previous extensions, the placement wasn’t right, and it became noticeable as my hair grew out. Alexandra placed everything perfectly, and you can’t even see the row, even with my cowlick showing! This was such a big deal to me! ❤️🥹 For me, this was about finding someone I could trust with my hair and feeling good about myself again. From the start, she was so attentive and made sure I was comfortable with every step of my extension removal (which had been done elsewhere). She took the time to listen to my hair goals, answer all of my questions, and talk through my decision to give my scalp a one-month break from extensions. We discussed my hair journey, my hair texture, the thinning I’ve experienced, and the best extension options for my fine hair. We also talked about what haircut would work best for my hair type and goals. What really impressed me was how quickly and gently she removed my extensions. There was no tugging, discomfort, or damage at all. I was honestly blown away compared to experiences I’ve had at another salon in the past. Since we had some extra time at the end of my appointment, I decided to add on a quick trim and styling service. I brought my clip-in extensions, which I’ll be using as a temporary solution during my one-month extension break, and I absolutely loved the result. The trim blended everything beautifully and my hair looked so much healthier and more polished when I left. Overall, it was such a positive experience.
