AUTUMN
Salon Owner
Originally from Maine, Autumn Markley moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1998. Autumn's passion for the hair industry began as a child, and she turned that passion into a very exciting career. Autumn has been a hair stylist for over two decades. Over the course of Autumn's career, she has been an independent stylist, Artistic Educator for Matrix, and has been a salon owner for nearly ten years. Autumn specializes in fusion and hand tied weft extensions. Autumn is certified in Great Length's, Bellami, and Invisible Bead Extensions. Autumn received her precision haircutting certification from the Vidal Sassoon Academy in 2008. Autumn has been published in several magazine's for her hair extension work, and her award winning salon: Autumn Markley Salon + Studio.
Tyler
Lead Stylist
Tyler comes to Autumn Markley Salon and Studio with nearly a decade of experience. Previously, Tyler worked on Boston's famous Newbury Street as a Master Stylist and Master Colorist. Tyler has trained with some of the industry's leaders, such as Dominic Serna, Nick Arrojo, Oribe Canales, and Lisa Walker, to name a few. Tyler has trained in London, New York City, Boston, Miami, Los Angeles, and Toronto. He is a Bellami Certified Extension Artist, offering fusion hair extensions. Tyler also completed his Goldwell Master Stylist and Goldwell Master Colorist Certifications in New York City. Tyler specializes in dimensional brunettes, natural blonding, and precision haircuts, for which he trained at Vidal Sassoon in London, as well as KMS IQ Cutting in Santa Monica, California. Tyler is excited to bring his talent and skills to South Florida, and his goal is to ensure every client leaves his chair feeling their best.
Isadora
Senior Stylist
Isadora began her career working in the North Shore of Boston, and most recently Chicago, Illinois. Isadora comes to South Florida with a career expanding just over a decade, specializing in balayage and "lived-in haircolor." Isadora is a Bellami Certified Extension Artist, as well as a Goldwell Certified Colorist, Wella Certified Colorist, and has trained with industry leaders such as Nick Arrojo and Oribe Canales. Isadora strives to make all guest's hair dreams come true, and has the knowledge, experience, and training to do so!
Betty
Senior Stylist
Betty joins the Autumn Markley Salon with a career spanning almost 40 years. Born in Cuba, Betty grew up in Maryland, where her career began. For as long as Betty can remember, she wanted to be a hairstylist, and she hasn't looked back since. Betty worked in D.C, Baltimore, and Annapolis for the first half of her career, but the last 20 years she has been here in South Florida. While in D.C, Betty took first place in Student Competition Stylist to Laura Bush. Betty is a true colorist, having certifications with Redken, Goldwell, Schwarzkopf, and spent many years as a Matrix Educator. Betty specializes in short haircuts and styles, as well as men's haircutting.
